My husband and I highly recommend this company because of their integrity and customer service. They saved the day!! We have a Noritz tankless water heater thats 11 years old was having a combustion issue and wasn’t working. I called them December 30, and the receptionist was professional and friendly- the technician arrived within 1 hour! Garrett was professional and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained that parts were needed for the repair but that his manager just placed an order for parts but that these weren’t arriving for another 4 weeks or so. His Manager approved for Garrett to provide me with the part numbers and direct phone number of a company that could overnight these to us. What really stood out was that Garrett and the receptionist slated a tentative appointment for us to be the last stop of the day on the next day (New Years Eve) based on the parts arriving. This company didn’t have to care or do that, but they did. So Ken was the technician that arrived December 31 around 4:30pm..Our parts were on the way based on the tracking #, but still in transit. Ken said that he had to run a quick errand to pick up work materials nearby but promised that he would return. At this point we couldn’t wait any longer. My husband went out looking for the the UPS truck and returned with our package. Ken returned to our home and quickly repaired the Noritz. We were extremely grateful and appreciative. It was New Years Eve, had a party to attend and needed to shower! Ken went above and beyond, was patient, professional and efficient. It meant a lot to us that this company did what they said that they were going to do- that’s integrity. Thank you Garrett, Ken, and friendly receptionist/scheduler, your TeamWork is awesome!
